PROGRAMS
Walkabout
North DeKalb Mall and DeKalb Medical Center have formed a partnership to create a mall walking program. The goals of the program are:
- to provide a safe and comfortable environment for members of our community who enjoy exercising by mall walking;
- to provide an educational component designed to help you maximize the benefits from your walking program and maintain optimal health.
Components of the program include an exercise program at the mall on each Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30-9:30 am,
Talkabout Health programs held quarterly on the second Tuesday of the months of February, May, August and November at DeKalb Medical Center (call 404-501-5785 for information), complimentary t-shirt, ID badge and log card to record the number of miles walked, incentive programs and prizes for reaching goals.

Kids Club
